We would like to clarify officially that NO account reset has taken place. All user accounts, credentials, and registered data remain completely intact and available for immediate access.

Mandatory Client Update
It is strictly required to download the updated official client from our Downloads section prior to logging into the game.
Using older client versions will cause protocol incompatibilities, connection errors, and visual glitches with newly implemented assets and mechanics.
