Autoloot & Smart Backpack System

Automated corpse looting and categorized container sorting.

Oldera features an advanced In-Client Autoloot & Container Management System. You can configure dedicated backpacks for different loot categories (Gold, Equipment, Creature Products, Valuables) or select custom item filters. Upon opening a defeated monster's corpse, the system instantly filters, sorts, and stores your loot into your assigned backpacks.

1. How to Use the Autoloot System
Client Interface Open the Autoloot window directly from the top menu or side buttons in your game client.
Category Backpack Assignment You can assign dedicated backpacks for specific loot categories by dragging or selecting containers:
  • Gold & Currency: Gold coins, Platinum coins, and Crystal coins.
  • Equipment & Gear: Weapons, shields, helmets, armors, legs, and boots.
  • Creature Products & Materials: Creature drops, pelts, teeth, and quest items.
  • Valuables & Rares: Gems, jewels, rare rings, and amulets.
  • Custom Item List: Manually add specific item IDs or names to be looted automatically.
Looting Trigger Simply right-click any monster corpse you defeated. The system will automatically scan the contents and transfer matching items into their designated backpacks in less than a millisecond.

2. Capacity & Security Protections
Capacity Protection The system strictly respects your character's current Capacity (oz). If an item exceeds your remaining weight limit, it will safely remain inside the corpse, preventing overload or encumbrance.
Corpse Ownership Protection Only the player (or party) who dealt the highest damage to the monster holds looting rights for the first 30 seconds after death. Other players cannot autoloot or take your items during this protected window.
Fallback Container If an assigned category backpack becomes completely full (no free slots), the system can automatically redirect overflow items into your designated Fallback Backpack (if enabled in settings).

3. Strategic Tips for Smooth Hunting
Nested Backpacks The system recognizes nested backpacks (backpacks inside backpacks). Place extra empty backpacks inside your main category container to ensure continuous storage during long hunting sessions.
Custom Filters Use the Custom Items tab to whitelist high-value loot, rare rings, or ammunition so you never miss a drop.
