Bestiary & Elite System

Master the creatures of Oldera.

The Bestiary System rewards you for your knowledge and persistence in hunting the creatures of Oldera. By defeating monsters, you unlock detailed information about them and increase your chances of meeting powerful Elite Monsters.

1. Bestiary Mastery Stages
Prowess (Stage 1)	Unlocks basic information: Health, Experience, Speed, and Armor. Common loot items become visible.
Expertise (Stage 2)	Unlocks information about uncommon loot drops.
Mastery (Stage 3)	Full disclosure! Unlocks all rare loot items and the creature's Elemental Resistances.

💡 Tip: Reaching the Mastery (Stage 3) Level is required to have a chance of spawning 3-Star Elite monsters!

2. Elite Monster (Star) System
What are Elites?	When a normal monster dies, there is a 2% chance that an Elite version will respawn in its place after 5 seconds.
Boss Elites	Bosses have a massive 50% chance to spawn as an Elite (1, 2, or 3 stars).
Elite Skills	Elite monsters are not just stronger; they gain Extra Shuffled Skills, making them unpredictable and dangerous.

3. Elite Stat Bonuses (Stage 1 Creatures Example)

4. Mastery vs Elite Spawn Chance
The quality of the Elite monster that spawns depends on your Bestiary Mastery level for that specific creature: If you have Stage 1: Elite will always be 1-Star. If you have Stage 2: 2-Star (33%) or 1-Star (67%). If you have Stage 3: 3-Star (10%), 2-Star (30%), or 1-Star (60%).

5. Bestiary Points Rewards
Monster Kill	Unlocking the Bestiary stages gives you the satisfaction of knowledge.
Elite Kill	Killing Elites gives immediate points (5/10/15) directly to your Bestiary balance.
Completion Bonus	Reaching Mastery (Stage 3) grants a massive point bonus based on creature difficulty: Easy Creatures: 30-60 pts Hard Creatures: 180-520 pts Extreme Creatures: 1560 pts
